Qualifications: General: Lead Supply Chain process transformation and ongoing process improvement using subject matter expertise of current Supply Chain Field execution.
Specific:
Must have extensive merchandising and supply chain experience.
Provide the knowledge, leadership and experience with current CCE operational execution necessary to lead Supply Chain process redesign and process improvement.
Assess Supply Chain activities and identify opportunities to make improvements.
Interact with key Supply Chain and broad business leadership to develop the business process transformation vision and strategies that will enable best in class customer service while minimizing waste throughout the Supply Chain.
Lead and drive business transformation initiatives and ongoing process improvement in the Supply Chain processes.
Properly engage, collaborate and influence all functions in business transformation efforts to ensure the Supply Chain process improvement strategy is understood, and sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders.
Work with local Supply Chain teams to develop their capability to sustain new and improved processes.
Drive standard processes and sharing where it makes sense for the business.
Work with Supply Chain Teams to develop, oversee and support the implementation of customer focused high impact cost saving initiatives.
Train and share knowledge with local Supply Chain teams to enable them to develop business transformation capabilities.
Co-own responsibility for improving performance in key business metrics.
Provide change management leadership to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels.
Model, lead and coach people on the culture change necessary to support and sustain business process transformation.
Utilize the current quality system to standardize and sustain the performance improvement and improvement process.
Duties: Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of the business process transformation vision and strategies.
Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to assess Supply Chain activities across the NABU to determine the greatest opportunities for process change resulting in improved customer service and cost reductions.
Contribute to the prioritization of potential business transformation projects and on decisions the projects to be implemented.
Support the design and lead pilots of major business process transformation.
Develop project strategies, goals, and plans that enable the Supply Chain organization to improve internal operations and practices.
Responsible for strategic Supply Chain business process improvement initiatives being understood, communicated, executed, and measured across all BUs and NABU.
Track and monitor effectiveness of management routines and metrics; recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
Implement regular management routines to drive execution, focus and results on all projects.
Collaborate and communicate best practices with other functional process improvement leads.
Collaborative, cross-functional team approach to process improvement that team member builds skills.
Regular business reviews with customers in order to monitor relationship, re-affirm strategies linked to needs, and steward
With business leaders and teams to share successes, best practices and ensure company-wide achievement of annual goals.
With our customers and in professional organizations specifically in supply chain excellence to promote positive Coca-Cola presence.
With Lean Thinking, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement subject matter experts to continue personal development and gain knowledge and understanding of other business transformation successes and failures.
Requirements:
Must have extensive merchandising/supply chain experience.
Bachelors degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in hands-on operational roles with CCE Supply Chain preferred.
3+ years of experience in leadership roles responsible for leading management/senior professional level people required.
Manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, distribution and merchandising experience within the Coca Cola Enterprises system preferred.
50% travel throughout US
Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred) preferred.
2+ years applying Lean Thinking principles in a manufacturing / distribution environment preferred.
Deep technical knowledge of CCE tools and processes; such as MerLOT, Shortrec, POD, etc.

Qualifications: The Industrial Engineer/Project Manager will use sound analytical methods, sophisticated software skills, advanced engineering knowledge, change management, and communication tools to effectively re-design CCE warehouses that will yield highest productivity and efficiency gains.
- Accountable for building project plans that are consistently delivered on-time and within budget
- Knowledge in applying continuous improvement techniques and analytical tools such as; lean and six sigma (DMAIC) to achieve improved business results.
- Responsible for re-design of warehouse processes, warehouse layout, and infrastructure.
- Develops innovative ways to flow product through our warehouses most efficiently and effectively.
- Utilizes standard engineering process to conduct time studies and determine standard work guidelines.
Duties: Project Management:
- Builds project and capital plans that are consistently delivered on-time and within budget
- Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
- Provides sound business case that will effectively deliver productivity/labor saving and superior customer service
Execution:
- Delivers warehouse layout that effectively and efficiently flows product through CCE’s warehouses
- Responsible for supply chain process improvement initiatives being understood, communicated, executed, and measured across all BU’s and NABU.
- Track and monitor effectiveness of management routines and metrics; recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
- Conducts time studies and devises standard work routines and measurable productivity expectations.
- Collaborate and communicate best practices with other industrial engineers and functional process improvement leads.
Analytical/Problem Solving:
- Apply highly quantitative methods to business/warehouse operations with the intent of optimizing total delivered cost and maximizing service levels
- Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies
Establishes methods for maximum utilization of warehouse facilities and personnel.
Collaborate/Facilitate:
- Provide training and documentation as needed for all process and design changes
- Proven track record for accuracy and excellent interpersonal communication skills that contributed to effective teamwork.
- Utilize Lean Thinking, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement subject matter experts to continue professional development and gain knowledge of upstream and downstream challenges.
EDUCATION
- BS/MS Industrial Engineering
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience specifically in warehouse re-design and layout for CPG company
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Industrial Engineering
- Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred).

TRAVEL
- Must be willing to travel as much as 70% of the time
